The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, product names (such as FocusForge, AcousticZen Module, CogniVault System, SyncRoutine Engine, PaceKeeper Protocol and TaskArchitect Matrix) and all related intellectual property, are owned by MML Digital or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you. Use of our software is additionally governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or store using the Services (such as tasks, notes and ideas). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you submit.
8. Fees and Payments
If any paid Service is offered, the applicable price, billing terms and conditions will be presented to you before purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the District of Ipatinga, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right to file a claim in the courts of your domicile.
